Jicama Fries

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of sliced jicama (I used the pre-sliced jicama sticks from Trader Joes, they're so easy and great for this recipe and snacking too!)

  • 3 tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning 

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. In a bowl combine the jicama sticks, everything but the bagel seasoning, and olive oil.

  2. Massage the seasoning into the jicama.

  3. Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, shaking about every 8 minutes, OR cook in the oven at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes.

  4. Cool and enjoy!
