Almond Flour Crackers
Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
1 egg
salt & pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the egg and almond flour until well combined (it'll take a minute or so of stirring before it's all combined).
Add salt & pepper and mix into the dough with your hands.
Cut 2 sheet-pan sized pieces of parchment paper and spray each with non-stick spray.
Place the dough on one of the pieces of parchment paper, then place the other piece of parchment paper spray-side down on top of the dough.
Using a rolling pin, wine bottle, or can, roll the dough out until it is 1/4 inch thick.
Use a pizza cutter and cut the dough into square crackers. Combine the extra dough and re-roll it and cut it again to be sure there is no waste.
Spread the crackers out on the pan and sprinkle with more salt.
Bake for 15 minutes, cool, and serve!
