Buffalo Cauliflower & Healthy Ranch Dressing
Buffalo Cauliflower
Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup milk (I used almond milk but any milk works!)
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt & 1 tsp pepper
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
1 tsp coconut oil (melted and cooled)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Chop the cauliflower into florets and place in a large mixing bowl.
Add the almond flour, milk, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix until the cauliflower is completely coated.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
While the cauliflower is baking, combine the melted coconut oil and buffalo sauce in a bowl and mix together.
After 20 minutes, take the cauliflower out of the oven. Add the cauliflower to a clean mixing bowl and cover it with the buffalo sauce mixture. Mix until all the cauliflower is completely coated in the sauce.
Place the cauliflower back on the baking sheet. Bake for another 20 minutes in the oven.
Take out, cool, pair with some sauce, and enjoy!
Healthy Ranch Dressing
Ingredients:
1 container of plain greek yogurt
1/4 tsp honey
1 tbsp chopped chives
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt & 1 tsp pepper
Directions:
In a bowl combine the yogurt, honey, chopped chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix together, serve, and enjoy!
