Salted Caramel Pretzel Bark
Ingredients:
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter)
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup chocolate chips (or as many as your heart desires)
4-5 cups of pretzels
Directions:
In a saucepan combine the maple syrup, peanut butter, and coconut oil. Turn the heat on medium high and whisk together until a caramel forms.
In a bowl, pour the caramel over the pretzels. Add in the chocolate chips and mix together until the pretzels are evenly coated.
Spread the pretzels out on a sheet pan and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Break into clusters and enjoy! Store in the fridge.
