Goldendoodle Bites

Ingredients:

Bites:

  • 1/2 cup cashew butter

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup + 3 tbsp oat flour

  • splash of vanilla

Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (I used Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar)

  • 2 tbsp almond milk

Directions:

  1. Combine cashew butter, maple syrup, oat flour, and vanilla in a bowl until a dough forms.

  2. Form balls using the dough and place on a baking tray (you will need to spray the tray with non-stick spray or use parchment paper).

  3. Combine the powdered sugar and almond milk in a separate bowl. Mix until a glaze forms.

  4. Coat bites with the glaze any way you like, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and enjoy!
