Brownie Batter Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp nut butter

  • 1 tbsp maca powder (optional)

  • 1 tbsp ground chia seeds (optional)

Directions:

  1. Heat 1 cup of almond milk in a saucepan on the stove at high heat.

  2. Once the milk is bubbling, lower the heat to medium and add in 1/2 cup of oats.

  3. Stir oats until you reach desired thickness.

  4. Once thick, add in cocoa powder (and maca powder and ground chia seeds if you choose to use them).

  5. Transfer the oats to a bowl, sprinkle cinnamon on top, and then top with nut butter, chocolate chips, and any other toppings of your choice.

  6. Enjoy!
