Beyond "Meatballs"
Ingredients:
"Meatballs"
1 pack of ground beyond "meat"
5 cloves of garlic (chopped)
2 cheese sticks
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp dried basil
salt & pepper
Zoodles/Pasta
2 zucchinis (spiralized) OR pasta of your choice
1/4 cup marinara sauce
fresh basil
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Directions:
"Meatballs"
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, add the "meat", chopped garlic, onion powder, oregano, and dried basil. Using your hands, combine all ingredients.
Separately, cut the cheese sticks into equally sized cubes.
Using a tablespoon, measure out the "meatballs". Press the "meatball" into a flat shape in your hand, place a cube of cheese in the middle, and mold the "meat" around the cheese to form a ball.
Place the "meatballs" on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Let them cool while preparing your zoodles/pasta.
