Beyond "Meatballs"

Ingredients:

"Meatballs"

  • 1 pack of ground beyond "meat"

  • 5 cloves of garlic (chopped)

  • 2 cheese sticks

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 tsp dried basil

  • salt & pepper

Zoodles/Pasta

  • 2 zucchinis (spiralized) OR pasta of your choice

  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce

  • fresh basil

  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:

"Meatballs"

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a bowl, add the "meat", chopped garlic, onion powder, oregano, and dried basil. Using your hands, combine all ingredients.

  3. Separately, cut the cheese sticks into equally sized cubes.

  4. Using a tablespoon, measure out the "meatballs". Press the "meatball" into a flat shape in your hand, place a cube of cheese in the middle, and mold the "meat" around the cheese to form a ball.

  5. Place the "meatballs" on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Let them cool while preparing your zoodles/pasta.
