Strawberry Crumble Squares
Ingredients:
Squares
1 3/4 cups almond flour
1/3 cup coconut oil (melted and cooled)
3 tbsp maple syrup
Strawberry Jam
1 cup strawberries (washed and sliced)
1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
Crumble
1/2 cup and 1 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
Directions:
Squares
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the almond flour, coconut oil, and maple syrup together in a bowl.
Bake in an 8x8 baking dish for 13 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Strawberry Jam
In a sauce pan, cook the strawberries on medium low heat until they are melted down. Add in the chia seeds and continue to stir until thoroughly combined.
After the squares are cooled, top them with the strawberry jam.
Crumble
Mix the almond flour, maple syrup, and coconut oil in a bowl. Crumble the mixture on top of the strawberry jam. Bake for another 10-15 minutes or until the crumble is golden brown.
Cool, slice, and enjoy!
