Salted Caramel Oats
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup oats
splash of vanilla
2 tbsp flax seed meal
1 banana sliced
2 tsp peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
handful of chocolate chips
sprinkle of sea salt
Directions:
In a saucepan add the almond milk and oats. Turn heat on medium high and let the mixture start to boil.
Once boiling, add a splash of vanilla extract and stir.
Add flax seed meal and continue to stir until your oats reach desired consistency.
Transfer the oats to a bowl then add sliced banana, maple syrup, peanut butter, and chocolate chips.
Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and enjoy!
