Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • 1.5 tbsps of olive oil

  • 1/2 squeezed lemon

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Wash and rinse the cauliflower head. Peel off the leaves and cut the stem so that the cauliflower will be able to sit firmly on a baking sheet or cooking pan.

  3. In a large pot, boil water on high heat. Once the water is boiling, place the cauliflower in the water with the stem side up. Boil for 10 minutes.

  4. While the cauliflower is boiling, mix the olive oil, squeezed lemon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together.

  5. Take the cauliflower out of the water and place it on your baking dish or pan. Brush the cauliflower with the seasoned mixture.

  6. Roast in the oven for at least 1 hour. Sprinkle some sea salt on top and serve!
