Goldendoodles
Ingredients:
Cake:
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup cashew butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil (melted & cooled)
1 egg
splash of vanilla
Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar (I used Swerve Confectioner Sugar)
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and cinnamon, and mix together.
Add cashew butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, egg, and vanilla.
Mix together until a smooth dough forms.
Spray a baking pan with non-stick spray and pour the batter into the pan.
Bake for 40 minutes.
In a bowl combine powdered sugar, almond milk, and cinnamon. pour the glaze over the cake.
Let cool, slice, and enjoy!
