Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup nut butter (I used PB)

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted and cooled)

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.

  3. In a bowl combine almond flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, egg, nut butter, and coconut oil and mix.

  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  5. Form into 12 cookies and place on the tray.

  6. Bake for 12 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
