Chocolate Blueberry Muffin Baked Oats

Ingredients:

1/2 cup oats

1 cup almond milk

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

2 tbsp chia powder

1/2 banana

splash of vanilla extract

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup blueberries

Nut butter for topping

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven at 400 degrees.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender (I used a Nutribullet). Blend until completely combined.

  3. In an oven safe dish, pour the batter into the dish. Add your blueberries on top.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes, let cool for at least 10 minutes. Top with nut buter and ENJOY!
